Can I order directly from your Website?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your location before you complete your purchase.

 


I ordered Mill instead of Plasma. Can I change my order?

Yes. All MASSO units use the same hardware.

When you register your MASSO, you receive access to Mill, Plasma, and Lathe software, allowing you to load and use the required software at any time.

 


 

How much will shipping cost?

The easiest way to check shipping costs is through our online shop.

Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Once you enter your country and address, shipping costs will be calculated before final checkout.


I sold my MASSO, can I transfer my license to the new owner?

Yes. Please email us from the email address linked to your myWorkshop account and include:

  • The new owner’s email address

  • The MASSO serial number to be transferred

New myWorkshop login details will be sent to the new owner.

I purchased a second-hand MASSO. Can I transfer the license to my name?

Yes. Ask the seller to email us from their myWorkshop account email address and provide:

  • Your email address

  • The MASSO serial number

New myWorkshop login details will then be issued to you.
