Can I order directly from your website?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Add the product to your cart and go to checkout.

How much will shipping cost?

Add the items to your cart in the online shop and go to checkout. Shipping is calculated from your country and address before you pay.

I ordered Mill instead of Plasma. Can I change my order?

There's no need. All MASSO units use the same hardware. When you register your MASSO you get access to all the software – multi-head (mill, plasma, laser, waterjet) and lathe – and can load whichever you need at any time.

Transferring ownership

Can a MASSO licence be transferred to a new owner?

Yes, whether you sold your MASSO or bought one second-hand. The current owner must email support@masso.com.au from the email address linked to their myWorkshop account. New myWorkshop login details are then sent to the new owner.
