Controller Portfolio - Specifications
MASSO controllers come in three software levels: Core, Advanced and Professional. All three run on the same hardware, so you can move up a level at any time with a software upgrade in myWorkshop: no rewiring, no new hardware, no downtime, and features unlock instantly.
What each level includes
Core is a capable, dependable controller for new builds and retrofits. It includes 5-axis motion control, conversational programming, probing, MPG support and axis motor alarm feedback, plus spindle and laser control and plasma multi-head with DTHC support. Wi-Fi connects MASSO to your PC, the cloud and the mobile app, and Auto Tool Zero and manual tool change prompts simplify everyday work.
Advanced adds the automation and control needed for production work: all multi-head setups, automatic tool changers, extended tool and work offsets, auxiliary I/O and alarms. Dry run mode, cutter compensation, QR code job loading, coolant and lubrication control, jump to line and job rotation give faster production and better repeatability.
Professional includes everything in Advanced and adds Custom Scripting with Lua, so you can build your own machine logic, automate complex sequences and tailor the controller to specialised or fully automated systems.
