New Features

 


Major Change to Job / Work Zeroing (F2 – Program & MDI Screen)

 

  • Previously, the ZERO buttons used G92 temporary work offsets.

  • Work zero values are now saved directly to the active work offset (for example, G54, G55, etc.).

  • These values are saved permanently and remain after a power cycle.

     


Probing System Overhaul

 

  • Previously, probing used G92 temporary work offsets, requiring manual selection of Set X, Y, or Z.

  • Probing results are now automatically saved to the active work offset.

  • This simplifies setup and reduces manual steps.

 


New Parking Position Feature

 

Parking positions can now be set and managed in the F4 – Tools & Work Offset screen.

 

How it works:

  • The machine moves the Z-axis first to the Z parking position.

  • The X and Y axes then move to the parking position.

     

Parking position can be triggered by:

  • Clicking Go to Parking Position in the MDI window

  • Pressing CTRL + ALT + P on the keyboard

  • Assigning an input in the F1 – Setup screen to Go to Parking Position (triggered when input goes HIGH)

  • Using the G30 command in MDI or a G-code file

     


Improvements & Bug Fixes

 


Go to Work Origin Enhancement

 

  • The system now moves the Z-axis up first (home position) before moving the X and Y axes to job zero.

  • Improves clearance and operational safety.


Lathe Pragati Tool Changer Fix

 

  • Logic improvements to resolve tool change errors.

  • Provides more reliable and consistent operation.


UI Window Closing Bug Fix

 

  • Fixed an issue where some windows remained stuck on the screen after closing.
