NEW

  • Major Change to Job/Work Zeroing in F2-Program & MDI Screen
    • Previously, the ZERO buttons in the F2-Program & MDI screen used G92 temporary work offsets.
    • Now, work offsets are saved directly to the current work offset in use (e.g., G54, G55, etc.).
    • These values are now saved permanently and remain available after a power cycle.
  • Probing System Overhaul
    • Previously, G92 temporary work offsets were used, requiring users to manually click Set X, Y, or Z buttons.
    • The new version automatically saves probing data to the current work offset in use, streamlining the process.
  • New Parking Position Feature
    • Users can now set and manage parking positions in the F4-Tools & Work Offset screen.
    • The machine will first move the Z-axis (Z parking position) before moving the X and Y axes to the parking position.
    • Parking position can be triggered in multiple ways:
      • Clicking "Go to Parking Position" in the MDI window.
      • Pressing CTRL+ALT+P on the keyboard.
      • Assigning an input in the F1-Setup screen to "Go to Parking Position" (triggers when input goes HIGH).
      • Using the G30 command in MDI or a G-code file.

 

 

IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

  • Go to Work Origin Enhancement
    • The system now first moves the Z-axis up (home position) before moving the X and Y axes to job zero for better clearance and safety.
  • Lathe Pragati Tool Changer Fix
    • Logic improvements to resolve tool change errors, ensuring more reliable operation.
  • UI Window Closing Bug Fix
    • Fixed an issue where some windows would remain stuck on the screen after closing.
