CAUTION: Take screenshots of your current controller settings including all setup and calibration data including input and output function assignments and invert status as after loading this software your controller might reset to default settings or controller settings might change. 

INFORMATION: On the MASSO G2 models, due to memory limitations, some features such as conversational wizards are disabled for Mill 4 and 5 axis versions.

IMPROVEMENTS

 

Backlash Logic Enhancements

 

IMPORTANT:
Significant improvements have been made to backlash logic.
If you are using backlash compensation, updating to this version is strongly recommended for improved accuracy and performance.

 

Machine Homing Enhancement

Based on user feedback:

 

  • The Home button next to the JOG buttons has been removed.

  • To start the homing cycle, double-click the flashing HOME indicator on the screen.

This change improves ease of use and reduces accidental activation.

 

Drilling Cycle Enhancements

 

  • Fixed issues with Jump to Line when resuming drilling cycles.

  • Improves reliability and smoother operation during cycle recovery.

     

Conversational Wizard Improvements

 

  • General usability improvements

  • Bug fixes for improved performance and stability
