NEW

  • Major Change to Job/Work Zeroing in F2-Program & MDI Screen
    • Previously, the ZERO buttons in the F2-Program & MDI screen used G92 temporary work offsets.
    • In this update, the work offsets are now saved directly to the currently active work offset (e.g., G54, G55, etc.).
    • These values are now saved even after a power cycle for consistency.
  • Probing System Overhaul
    • Previously, G92 temporary work offsets were used for probing, requiring users to manually click Set X, Y, or Z buttons.
    • In this update, probing data is automatically saved to the current work offset in use, streamlining the process.
  • New Parking Position Feature
    • Users can now set and manage parking positions in the F4-Tools & Work Offset screen.
    • The system will first move the Z-axis (Z parking position) before moving the X and Y axes to the parking position.
    • Parking position can be triggered in multiple ways:
      • Clicking "Go to Parking Position" in the MDI window.
      • Pressing CTRL+ALT+P on the keyboard.
      • Assigning an input in the F1-Setup screen to "Go to Parking Position" (triggers when input goes HIGH).
      • Using the G30 command in MDI or G-code.
  • 6 Inputs to Toggle AUX Outputs
    • Users can now configure 6 input signals in the F1-Setup screen to toggle any auxiliary outputs (1 to 6).
    • When an input goes HIGH, the assigned output is toggled.

 

 

IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

  • Go to Work Origin Enhancement
    • The system now first moves the Z-axis up (home position) before moving the X and Y axes to job zero.
  • Mill Linear Tool Changer (Type 2) Logic Fix
    • If "Tool Changer – Output 2" is not assigned as an output in the F1-Setup screen, the 6-second delay is now automatically ignored.
  • Lathe Pragati Tool Changer Fix
    • Logic improvements to resolve tool change errors for better reliability.
  • Probing Logic Enhancement
    • The part probing movement direction is now automatically adjusted based on the machine bed orientation setting (if X/Y is swapped).
  • Plasma System Fixes & Enhancements
    • The Plasma Torch Hit signal is now automatically disabled before torch activation and re-enabled after starting the torch using the M3 command.
  • Mill & Plasma Slaved Homing Fixes
    • Improved axis slaved homing logic to prevent one side of the gantry from losing sync during homing.
  • Lathe, Mill, and Plasma Jogging Bug Fix
    • Fixed an issue that caused the system to ignore external JOG/RAPID commands.
    • This issue affected controllers up to 4-axis, but the 5-axis version was not impacted.
  • UI Window Closing Bug Fix
    • Fixed an issue where some windows would remain stuck on the screen after closing.
