New Features

 


Major Change to Job / Work Zeroing (F2 – Program & MDI Screen)

 

  • Previously, the ZERO buttons used G92 temporary work offsets.

  • Work zero values are now saved directly to the active work offset (for example, G54, G55, etc.).

  • These values are now retained after a power cycle.
     


Probing System Overhaul

 

  • Previously, probing used G92 temporary work offsets and required manual Set X, Y, or Z selection.

  • Probing data is now automatically saved to the active work offset.

  • This simplifies setup and reduces user interaction.
     


New Parking Position Feature

 

  • Parking positions can now be set and managed in the F4 – Tools & Work Offset screen.

Operation sequence:

  • The Z-axis moves first to the Z parking position.

  • The X and Y axes then move to the parking position.

Parking position can be triggered by:

  • Clicking Go to Parking Position in the MDI window

  • Pressing CTRL + ALT + P on the keyboard

  • Assigning an input in the F1 – Setup screen to Go to Parking Position (triggered when input goes HIGH)

  • Using the G30 command in MDI or a G-code file


Inputs to Toggle AUX Outputs

 

  • Up to 6 input signals can now be configured in the F1 – Setup screen.

  • Each input can toggle Auxiliary Outputs 1 to 6.

  • When an input goes HIGH, the assigned output toggles state.

     


Improvements & Bug Fixes

 


Go to Work Origin Enhancement

 

  • The system now moves the Z-axis up first (home position) before moving the X and Y axes to job zero.

  • Improves clearance and operational safety.
     


Mill Linear Tool Changer (Type 2) Fix

 

  • If Tool Changer – Output 2 is not assigned in the F1 – Setup screen, the 6-second delay is now automatically ignored.
     


Lathe Pragati Tool Changer Fix
 

  • Improved tool change logic to resolve errors and improve reliability.
     


Probing Logic Enhancement
 

  • Probing movement direction is now automatically adjusted based on machine bed orientation (when X/Y is swapped).
     


Plasma System Fixes & Enhancements

 

  • The Plasma Torch Hit signal is now disabled before torch activation and re-enabled after starting the torch using M3.
     


Mill & Plasma Slaved Homing Fixes

 

  • Improved slaved axis homing logic to prevent gantry sides from losing synchronisation during homing.
     


Lathe, Mill & Plasma Jogging Fix

 

  • Fixed an issue where external JOG / RAPID commands were ignored.

  • Affected controllers up to 4-axis only (5-axis was not impacted).
     


UI Window Closing Bug Fix

 

  • Fixed an issue where some windows remained stuck on screen after closing.
