Update Process
- Make a Backup of your machine settings
- Save and print a copy of your Printable File for checking settings after the update.
- Copy the software file to your flash drive inside the MASSO folder.
Repower your MASSO controller and access the software load screen:
• MASSO Touch: Tap the screen during startup
• MASSO G3: Press F1 on the external keyboard
- Select the new software version and press Enter.
Wait for the update to complete (approximately 45 seconds).
Press Escape to exit the software load screen.
Use your Printable File to check and correct settings if required.
The Update is complete.

Lua Scripting — First Release
We are excited to introduce Lua scripting support on MASSO.


Lua allows you to customise machine behaviour, including:
Automating tasks
Adding logic that responds to real-time events
This is the first release. Future updates will add:
More Lua functions
Additional triggers and system events

Feedrate Override up to 200%
Feedrate override can now be adjusted from 20% up to 200%.
Provides greater flexibility when testing, tuning, or adjusting jobs during operation.

New G200 Laser Command
A new G200 G-code has been added for advanced laser control.
Key benefits:
Supports laser engraving and welding
Allows power ramping based on speed
Includes minimum power level control
Improves accuracy and consistency of laser results

G54.1 – Extended Work Offsets
The G54.1 command adds 100 additional work offsets beyond the standard G54–G59.
Total supported work offsets: 106

Easy Cursor Scroll (Touch Keyboard)
Holding the spacebar on the on-screen keyboard activates cursor scroll mode.
Slide your finger to move the cursor in any direction.
Releasing your finger restores the keyboard to normal operation.
This makes text editing faster and more precise on touch screens.
