MASSO Touch V3.09 board

The V3.09 main board uses replaceable plug-in modules, making troubleshooting and repair easier by allowing individual modules to be swapped instead of replacing the entire board.
This board is available with MASSO Touch only.

Installation and Handling Notes

- Each slot is labelled with the type of plug-in module it accepts
The board type is printed on each module
Boards must be installed the correct way around
Power must be OFF before inserting or removing any plug-in modules
Modules of the same type may be swapped for troubleshooting
Ensure the correct board type is installed in the correct slot

Looking from left to right, the first four plug-in modules are TTL output modules.
The next module provides the 0–10 V spindle control signal.
The final three modules on the right-hand side provide the axis outputs for X, Y, Z, A and B.
Note that the centre axis board uses only one output, with the second output unused. If either the Y or B axis is damaged, this board can be swapped with the Z axis board to restore operation.
