Reporting Bugs & Issues

If the system behaves unexpectedly during operation or a bug is identified, the user should email SUPPORT with the following information so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

 


Required Information

Take a screenshot of the current screen by pressing the Prt Sc or CTRL + P keys on the keyboard. A .bmp image file of the current screen will be saved to the USB flash drive.

 

Email the generated file to SUPPORT along with a detailed description of the issue.

 

If the issue is related to a specific G-code file, include the G-code file in the email so the problem can be replicated.
