Camera

Tool 118

To change to the Camera, issue a T118 M06 command in MDI. This command should also be included in your G-code file to ensure the correct screen is selected if the program is run.

A TTL output is provided to turn on the camera light, and it can also be used to power the camera if the camera supports this feature.

The MASSO camera is used with a camera and external screen to provide axis alignment.

The camera does not connect directly to MASSO and does not display the image on the MASSO screen.

This tool allows you to align the X and Y axes using a camera mounted on the Z-axis, which can also be used to adjust the camera focus.

Once the camera is positioned at the required location, you can view the target and read or zero the axis coordinates as needed.

Enter the X and Y offset values from the main tool used as the reference for the machine. This is usually the Main Spindle, Plasma head, or WaterJet head.

All Multi-Head offsets must reference the same tool.
