List of Configurable Inputs

Different functions can be assigned to inputs in the F1 Settings screen. These can be used to set up functions such as:

Homing sensors
Cycle start buttons
Inputs to automatically load G-code files from a USB flash drive
Tool changer sensor inputs

INFORMATION: All input signals can be inverted by selecting the input in the INPUTS list and pressing the spacebar key on the keyboard. These settings are automatically saved.

INFORMATION: All MASSO inputs are optically isolated and will trigger with input voltages from +5V to +24V.

INFORMATION: Some inputs used for external buttons require the button to remain pressed for 1 second before the input is accepted. This is used to safeguard against accidental operation.

List of Configurable Inputs

INFORMATION: Input 9 on MASSO has special circuitry for connection to Plasma-MASSO DTHC on MASSO G3 and MASSO Touch. If you are not using MASSO DTHC, this input can be assigned to other features.

Auxiliary Input 1–16 (used with G-code M66)
Auxiliary Output 1–6 Toggle (toggles output state between High and Low)
Autoload G-Code (1–6) Inputs (input must be High for at least 1 second to load a file)
Cycle Start Button Input
Cycle Stop Button Input (Feed Hold)
Chuck Clamp/Unclamp (opens the chuck while pressed and is interlocked with the spindle)
Coolant Flood On Input
Coolant Mist and Flood Off
Coolant Mist On Input
