Controlling Relays
MASSO TTL outputs can only supply 5 mA, so they cannot drive relays, solenoids, actuators or motors directly. Use a MASSO relay module between MASSO and the load. Each module is optically isolated from MASSO, and several modules can be used for more relays.
CAUTION: Connecting relay module power with reversed polarity damages the module.
WARNING: To switch mains-powered devices, use the MASSO relay to drive a separate mains-rated relay. See Best practice when wiring MASSO.
