MASSO Link - Windows Instructions

This guide explains how to use MASSO Link on a Windows PC.

Using an Existing Wi-Fi Network

This method should be used when MASSO and the PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

The video below demonstrates how to set up and use MASSO Link on a PC.

The setup and usage process shown in the video is the same across all supported platforms.

Make My MASSO Network (Direct Connection)

This method should be used when no existing Wi-Fi network is available, or when a direct point-to-point connection between MASSO and the PC is required.

This option allows the PC to connect directly to MASSO using the My MASSO Network feature.

Troubleshooting

INFORMATION: MASSO Link must not be installed in the C:\Program Files directory, as Windows permissions can prevent the software from running correctly. You must create your own installation directory, as shown in the setup videos.

INFORMATION: Firewall settings can prevent MASSO Link from connecting to MASSO. You must ensure that Windows Firewall allows MASSO Link network access.

INFORMATION: Antivirus software may include its own firewall that overrides Windows Firewall settings. If connection issues occur, you must check and configure your antivirus firewall settings.

INFORMATION: If MASSO is connected to a managed or corporate wireless network, you may need to contact your network administrator to allow network access.

INFORMATION: If MASSO Link does not start and you are using two monitors, you should turn off one monitor and start MASSO Link. Once the application opens, move it onto the active monitor, close it, then turn the second monitor back on and restart MASSO Link.
