To simplify machine setup in production or to back up machine calibration profiles, all calibration and setup settings can be saved to a file on a USB flash drive.

These settings can then be loaded onto other MASSO controllers to quickly complete the setup process.

Saving Settings to File

• Go to the F1 Setup screen
• Open the Save and Load Calibration Settings window
• Click Save to file

All calibration and setup settings will be saved as:

• MASSO_Settings.htg
• MASSO_Tools.htg

These files will be saved to the USB flash drive.

Sharing these files can assist in diagnosing configuration issues.

Printable Settings File

This feature is available on MASSO G3 and MASSO Touch only.

The printable settings file:

• Cannot be loaded back into MASSO
• Is saved as a readable text file
• Can be used as a backup or shared for troubleshooting

To save:

• Press the button

The file will be saved to:

MASSO / Machine Settings folder on the USB flash drive.

Screen Print

The screen print function saves a copy of the current screen as a .BMP file on the USB flash drive.

MASSO G3

• Press the Print Screen key
• If unavailable, press CTRL + P
• The screen will freeze briefly while saving
• A message will display the file name
• Press OK to continue

Files are saved as:

Print Screen-001, increasing sequentially

Location:

MASSO / Screenshots folder

MASSO Touch

• Press the bottom-left button labelled !#1 to access the alternate screen
• Press the button below the 9 key to capture a screen print

The screen will freeze briefly while saving.

Files are saved as:

Loading Settings from File

• Go to the F1 Setup screen
• Open the Save and Load Calibration Settings window
• Click Load from file

Settings will be loaded from:

• MASSO_Settings.htg

These files must be located in the: MASSO / Machine Settings folder on the USB flash drive
