Most orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day.

 

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there are any delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

If your order contains multiple items and shipping cannot be calculated automatically, please email your order list and delivery address to support@masso.com.au so shipping costs can be provided.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 


Important Information Regarding DHL Deliveries

Please note that it is the responsibility of the receiver to monitor shipments and contact their local DHL customer service team for tracking, delivery updates, delays, customs clearance, or any other enquiries.

 

If your shipment is delayed, please contact your local DHL office, as DHL may be waiting for additional information from the receiver.

 

DHL will typically hold a shipment for up to two weeks. After this period, the shipment may be returned or destroyed depending on the destination country’s regulations.

 

If a shipment is returned or destroyed due to lack of communication from the receiver or issues with customs clearance or delivery address, the customer is responsible for any costs required to resend the shipment.

Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination country.

 

Each country has its own customs regulations and tax rates. Some countries have free trade agreements that may reduce or eliminate certain charges.

Damages

MASSO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

 

If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

Ensure you keep all packaging materials, take photos, and retain the damaged goods before submitting a claim.
