All units are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, and to meet the Company’s published specifications. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is provided unless explicitly stated.

Hind Technology warrants its equipment for one (1) year to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Warranty Limitations

Hind Technology shall have no obligation or liability under this warranty in the following cases:

• For special, indirect, or consequential personal or property damage arising from failure of the equipment.
• If the equipment was not installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with Hind Technology installation instructions.
• If the equipment was serviced, repaired, altered, or modified by any third party other than authorised Hind Technology personnel.

Warranty Conditions

Hind Technology reserves the following rights:

• The right to repair or replace customer units at its discretion.
• The right to refuse or reject any warranty claim if, in the Company’s opinion, the damage was not caused by a component or factory workmanship defect.
• Any unit returned for warranty repair must have prior notification and approval. Units sent without approval will be refused.
• All transportation costs, including inbound and outbound freight, are the responsibility of the customer.
