Step 1: Log into myWorkshop

• Go to: https://myworkshop.masso.com.au

• Log in using your email address and password.

• The email address is the one you provided when purchasing your MASSO controller.

If you have issues logging in:

• Activation link expired? Click Request Account Activation link to receive a new email.

• Please be patient — it can take several hours to arrive.

• Check your Spam folder.

• Do not request another activation email, as this will invalidate the first link.

• Click Forgot Password

   

Not receiving emails?

• Check your Spam folder.

• You may have unsubscribed previously — resubscribe using Subscribe to Emails.

Note: If you purchased your MASSO controller directly from MASSO, an OEM, machine manufacturer, or distributor, they will create your myWorkshop account using the email you provided at purchase.

Step 2: Click Manage Devices 

From the dashboard, select Manage Devices.

Step 3: Click your Serial Number

Click the serial number of the MASSO controller you want to download software for.

Step 4: Open Software Downloads

Click Software Downloads.

Step 5: Choose a Software Version

• Click the down arrow or the software version name you want.

• To see what’s changed, click View Release Notes next to the release date.

   

   

   

Step 6: Download the Software

• Click the Download icon.

• A pop-up will ask you to read the release notes.

• Click Yes to start the download.

• A popup will open requesting you to download the software release notes and read them before installing.

• Click the Yes button to start the download.

   

Step 7: Email Software

• Click the Email icon next to the software version.

• The email field will be pre-filled with your registered email (you can change it).

• Click Send Email.

• You’ll receive an email with the software download link.
