MASSO Relay Module

The MASSO 6 Relay Module provides optical isolation between the MASSO controller and high voltage or high current signals.

The module is designed to work with:

ES output
Spindle control Pins 2 and 3
All TTL outputs of MASSO (operating voltage range 2.2 to 5V)

If the relay module is powered from a separate power supply, the negative (–ve) of the relay power supply must be connected to the negative (–ve) of the MASSO power supply. Otherwise, the relays will not operate.

Features

Multi-colour LEDs on each relay for easy troubleshooting
Green LED indicates the relay is ON and operating correctly
Red LED indicates the relay has received a signal but has failed to switch
Each relay supports up to 5A at 28VDC or 5A at 240VAC
Operates from a single 24VDC power supply
Dimensions: 95 mm × 55 mm × 25 mm

CAUTION: Connecting the power with reversed polarity will damage the relay module.

LED Indicators

Green LED indicates the relay is ON

Red LED indicates the relay has failed

Wiring Example

WARNING: If powering the relay module from a separate power supply, the negative (–ve) of the relay power supply must be connected to the negative (–ve) of the MASSO power supply. If this is not done, the relays will not operate.
